FAQ'S

We aim to have all UK orders delivered to our customers within 2-3 days from when the order is placed, allowing 1 day processing time. On some occasions delivery may be 5-7 days if the item that's ordered isn't in stock at our unit, so we therefore get it sent directly from our manufactures warehouse to our customers door. If you require next day delivery, email us or message our socials before placing your order to see if we are able to fulfil that on the selected item.

If you are not happy with your order, no stress! All orders come with our 30 day returns policy. If you require a return, simply email josh@grvtyclub.com or message our Instagram page: @grvtyclub with your order number and reason for return. Package your order up in its original condition and return to the address that will be given to you. Once the order arrives back at our unit and has been inspected, you will be issued with a full refund.
